As Rose slowly suffers the consequences of her actions, the rest of the investigators find themselves inside Four Mile Crib. Many mysteries lie within, testing their physical and mental abilities. But what happens when they solve everything?

The investigators commandeer a boat to take them to the green pillar of light out in Lake Michigan. They aren't the only ones interested, and they soon find themselves entertaining dangerous company.   

Cora Gray, ever one for death-defying adventures into the occult, agrees to help the Lovelies find one of the last portals they need to close (at least according to Dr. Osborn). Milly and Marty hatch a plan to rescue the other investigators, unaware that Ambrosia has been taken somewhere else to tackle an increasingly dire situation alone. Ruby gets a taste of the mob's more magical projects. Rose finally faces the music, and her father, in a painful moment of growing up.  

A failed stealth mission leads the investigators right into Gaston Judge's clutches, which could end poorly for all. Taken captive, can our investigators escape? Or are they at the mercy of the mob? Stay tuned...

The investigators make their way to Gaston Judge's warehouse for the midnight rendezvous with Mikey, but things don't go quite according to plan.
