Oh man it’s time to talk overrated TV shows of the past and the present. Shows that everyone loves and I can’t stand.

I have been to so many concerts over the years but being part of EdgeFest 2012 and the journey it took me on, had to be one of my favorite moments.

Going to school when we were kids didn’t seem so tougher. However these days it is a different story. How do you prepare your child for the new routine and challenges. It’s exciting and scary but, for who?

“A Bronx Tale” is a great film released in 1993. The story is not only true but a great one. However the story behind the story is even better. But, meeting Chazz Palminteri was a tale on its own.

In this episode from Wisdom, I talk about how we can stay motivated healthy without huge changes in our life. Simple support from people and slight adjustments in our daily routine will do so much in the long run
