Secession was a key element of the US founding. that Lincoln did not allow. The Texas suit over the election is about as close as we can come to that. 17 states have joined.  How much is it worth to deny states the right to leave? How many lives? It is getting serious.

PA Constitutional law was violated by the legislature, the Unconstitutional statute was violated by the executive. And Texas is suing for relief on the basis of the clown shows in GA, MI, PA, and WI.  And Alice having a restaurant.

um, diversity of intersectionality. No diversity of thought for the Cabinet of the likely to be President Elect. and is it just me or does the argument for counting illegals in the census sound a lot like counting slaves to assign Congressional representation? Neither group can vote, right? No surprise, it is the same ideological people counting then as now.

Winding down the election, lack of concession as yet, probably never.  COVID and the lockdowns.  The consistency of the Lib in being against them under Biden, as under Trump, when no one was sounding the alarm (except me, you can go back and listen).  And mask controversies.

Probable President Elect Biden, Control of the Senate, Veteran's Day, Armistice Day, the Day the Pilgrims landed.

What will happen in PA, will SCOTUS act?  Until big names that are outside of the political definition of a party run as an independent, with a likely loss, we will be stuck with the two party system.

Biden and whoever is pulling his strings did.  Republicans in that they gained seats in the House and kept the Senate.  But most of all... The State won.  Trump was an outsider, shaking things up.  Hating Trump was bipartisan.  But it isn't over.   Pelosi lost.  Huge.  Chuckie Schumer lost.  Huge.  The squad lost.  But most of all. The president suffers from premature proclamation.  Biden suffers from his mobsters potentially stealing the election.  Voting 3rd party does make a difference.  Too bad those that hated both didn't choose the third path.  Maybe the electors SHOULD pick Jo.  

Undecidedness abounds.  Recounts likely, if not mandated.  Polls suck.  And no one has won it.  Yet.  No Blue wave, the pollsters were wrong, and I personally think it was intentional.  To suppress the vote by painting a picture of hopelessness in the outcome of the election.

Let the fun begin. Polling as news, too many laws enforced selectively means no law, and vote FOR someone, even if people think it doesn't matter

Bringing God into the political discussion, assuming that God cannot enact his Will regardless who is president really upsets me.  I have heard and read it too many times.  And personal responsibility.

So we took a slight detour to talk about rights vs make believe rights.  As well as Politicfact's lie of the year, reiterated again by Joe Biden.

No Hunter, No emails.  No senility, just Biden positions,  and that neither party is the party of limited government, the Constitution, or fiscal restraint anymore.

A Democrat, a pro-choice Democrat.  A friend of Bill's (Clinton) and contributor.  He complained of the Reagan tax cuts back in the day as a builder.  Yet has fulfilled many of his promises as a Republican candidate to win the White House.  

The next few episodes will look at what can be done about the duopoly/monopoly that is the two party system in US politics today.  They will be short to encourage listening, and sharing.  Yes, I will let you know how I REALLY feel.
