The Letters Page

Good morning, everyone! Let's create Sentinel Comics content! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:37:31 This live episode was fun! It moved in a way that we didn't expect - we got into Sentinels of the Multiverse card game content! How? What? Impossible! Right? You'll just have to listen to find out! I don't want to say much more than that; I would hate to spoil the surprises.  Thanks to everyone who joined u...

We take your questions. We give you answers. You know the deal. Or do you? Show Notes: Run Time: 1:11:01 At the start of the show, we talk a bit of shop about possibilities for new formats of episodes. At the time of recording, the votes weren't in yet for next month's episodes, but there are now! So: Upcoming schedule: Tuesday, July 2nd: Episode #115 - Wraith's Rogue Gallery Tuesday, July 9th: Ep...

Remember, even this new team can't spell "Slaughterhouse" without the words "laughter". And also the word "louse", incidentally. Show Notes: Run Time: 1:06:46 We start off with some birthday talk, then some eyeball talk, like you do. Then, we actually do an overview just after the 5 minute mark! Don't worry, it's a VERY short overview. Then, we get right on to your questions at around 8 minutes in...

Let's talk more about these powerful heroes! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:10:07 This show is a follow-up to our longest episode ever ! So, consider that required listening for what we're talking about here. Adam's eye is ruined and he'll never see again, or something like that. I might be exaggerating here. About 6 minutes into the episode, we go to questions, which are organized by character (after th...

Let's get MAGICAL! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:37:44 Let's answer a lot of questions about the how, what, and why of magic! And more! As of this posting, the next episode (all about Void Guard) has already been recorded due to this weeks convention, but feel free to send in questions for the other episodes for the month of June! Also, if you're at UK Games Expo this week, come by the Greater Than Game...

This episode is not just about death, it's also about failure! Creative failure! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:15:41 After only a minute or so of goofing around, we actually do a very brief overview section, just to get you all caught up on the when and a bit of the why of this story. But then! You have asked all the right questions, so we let the questions section handle the bulk of the actual storytel...

Stories that NEVER HAPPENED?!!?!?!?!??! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:12:53 We get to your questions right away, before we even hit the 2 minute mark. And we tell SO MANY stories that never were.  Thank you to all of our listeners, especially our Patreon supporters! Get your questions for the Death of Anthony Drake (and anything else Prime Wardens related) in now!

Let's pick up the pace! Show notes: Run Time: 1:02:17 We get right into the story with this one, and actually have an Overview segment! It's been a while since we've had one of those. After telling the story of the Lightspeed limited series, we get to your questions at around the 30 minute mark. Thank you to all you wonderful folks who support the Letters Page Patreon ! We couldn't do this without...

We're gonna answer so many questions! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:21:16 We do a lot of goofing around before we get to the schedule, but here's the schedule! What were these two up to as they transcended time and space?! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:00:32 We're a mess in this one, but it's probably still worth it! We goof around (and also explain why things are extra weird in this episode) for a few minutes before finally getting to explaining the purpose/angle of this episode, and then getting into your questions a bit after the 7 minute mark. The question...

An episode in which we get into some real talk about one of our most powerful teams of heroes. Show Notes: Run Time: 1:05:34 With a minimum of banter - mostly due to the somber nature of today's undertaking - we get into the questions at the 2 minute mark. Speedy! Then, in response to the very first question, we tell the entire story of the Fall of the Prime Wardens, from before the prelude throug...

Let's "learn" about SCIENCE! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:29:37 Disclaimer! We are not scientists! Like, not really! That will become increasingly clear over the course of the episode! Even still, have fun! After a fairly standard amount of goofing around, we finally get into your questions, starting just before the 4 minute mark. Thanks to all of our listeners, especially our Patreon supporters! Catch...

Let's talk about young Devra Caspit! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:10:23 In the first couple minutes, Adam and Christopher make a wager against Christopher's wishes, but I guess that kind of thing is binding? Then, we get into talking about Unity, what happened in her  Day in the Life comic, and more! Around 12 minutes in, we get to your questions, which take up the rest of the episode. And what good qu...

This Editor's Note has been released later in the day today, as we recorded it live this morning! Sorry for the delay, but we're all caught up now and back to our mostly regular schedule. Tuesday, April 2nd: Episode #105 - Science in the Multiverse Tuesday, April 9th: Episode #106 - Story Arc: Fall of the Prime Wardens Tuesday, April 16th...

Temporary Show Notes: Run Time: 57:57 This is the Myriad episode. A myriad of things are discussed (including a few spoilers if you haven't played the Urban Infestation one-shot)! -Trevor

We make another thing LIVE! What kind of thing? Who knows?! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:23:15 OK, look, we've gotta stall for a while, so it's a few minutes into the episode before we actually get down to brass tacks, but then we start making stuff!  We recorded this live in front of the Letters Page Patreon supporters, with many of the Contributors in the chat - you'll hear some of their names, as th...

We're talking about a cowboy! Again! Show Notes : Run Time: 1:04:34 No overview, because we did that in an episode two years ago! For reference, check out Episode #25 all about Chrono-Ranger here . Then, we get to your questions and immediately go deep on literature, consciousness, reality... look, this one might get heavy. Besides, we have to talk about  time stuff again, so, yeah. The questions...

Let's do an Editor's Note mostly about Sentinel Comics: the RPG related stuff! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:17:35 Hey, everyone! This was a fun one. Special thanks to all of the delightful Letters Page Patreon Contributors who were on Discord. Welcome back to Trevor! He's back to being our full time editor - we loved having Zach for those weeks, but it's also great to have Trevor back. Here's the upcom...

After talking a bit about life and the SCRPG Kickstarter ( currently happening! ), we get into an actual overview a bit after the 4 minute mark! Important Note: this episode is FULL of spoilers for the SCRPG Starter Kit....

Time to talk about a heavy metal band! Also, they're bad guys! Show Notes: Run Time: 57:47 After only a few minutes of jokes, mouth music, and brief overviews, we get into the questions just before the 5 minute mark. Then we talk about this band! Here are the members of Helfyre, from left to right in the sketch above: Vocals: Screech Lead Guitar: Blister Bass Guitar: Deep Root Drums: Snare Pipe or...

Let's talk about the final five environments! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:13:08 OK, so right off the bat, we get it terribly wrong. We claim that the SCRPG Kickstarter is live. When this episode goes live, that's not the case. The Kickstarter goes live an hour after this episode launches. We just did a bad job at thinking about time when we recorded this episode. Go us. That said, if you're listening...

Let's talk about Ra... and friends! Show Notes: Run Time: 45:11 After breaking down the plot to some movie or other, we actually do an Overview section! Bringing it back! Then, after a lot of issue-by-issue storytelling, we get...

Arrr! It be pirate time, mateys! Show Notes: Run Time: 1:00:05 We get to questions right away and go through all of these scurvacious sailors of s...time? The first question of the day ends up going in depth on every member of the crew, so that takes up the majority of the episode, but also gives you pretty much everything you want! Enjoy! Many thanks to Zach Denoncour, our interim podcast editor!...
