Tigers, Lions, and Little Blue Pussy Cats 26.10.2025

Well that was a week that changed the narrative! We sit down at the Fosse Arms with a hearty glass of Trumpwells to discuss an horrific week for Leicester City. We look at the defeats to Hull and Millwall, bemoan our lack of Strikers, ask some questions of Marti, and remember back to THAT goal by Tony James.

Pompey Crimes 19.10.2025

Killer and Norm are back in the Fosse Arms, enjoying each others company whilst chatting err knowledgeably about our great club and how one half we are magic and the next we are not! Thoughts of Norm squeezing into his first ever kit brings tears to his eyes and a lanky Leicester legend is remembered. It's a big week with trips to Hull and Millwall- let's hope the results make for a positi...

Swansong? Not yet! 05.10.2025

Killer and Norm enjoy an evening chatting about playing the Welsh. Have we found the right team? Are we heading in the right direction? A Foxes great is remembered and we head into another (pointless) International break. Norm fails in his one task but hey! That's the Pubcast. Can anyone spot the 'deliberate' pause at the end? Stick with it- it ain't over!!

Natty kit, Natty finish 28.09.2025

Shock, horror. Leicester City didn't win at the Hawthorns. But we did get a late late point thanks to Nat Phillips. City were pretty in pink, pretty on the eye, but lacking a finish. Is Carranza the answer? Should Monga start this week? and does anyone know any Welsh?

The 'Meh' 69 Derby 22.09.2025

The Leicester City Pubcast reacts to a disappointing point against the Sky Blue upstarts down the road. We review who's looking good in the Championship after six games, ask whether we want to retain our out of contract players, recall Julian Joachim, and wonder whether Oliver Skipp might just win the Ballon D'Or

Red card, Yellow Fellows, and Blue Grit 14.09.2025

We wouldn't normally celebrate a point against Oxford, but we'll give the players a pass on this one. The Fosse Arms is open and discussing all things Leicester City and a few things not, including the midfield equation, Gary McAllister, the WSL, and even Peter Ridsdale. Good grief!

Fatawooooh 2!! 01.09.2025

We're getting to like this story. Fairly shabby game but every Leicester City fan's favourite player pops up with a Worldy. We dare to venture into a world that looks a bit more rosy for the Foxes, fail to care that El Khannous has gone, and cast our eyes LIVE around the country on Transfer Deadline Day. Yellow ties all round please barman.

Fatawooooh!! 24.08.2025

Leicester's favourite player delivers again. The Fosse Arms crew are here to review a lucky win against Charlton, to discuss our midfield conundrum, to applaud some long overdue spirit in the Leicester City side, and to argue about whether anyone needs El Khannouss anagrams. We look ahead to upwardly mobile Birmingham and worry about transfers.

Magic Monga but Preston in the End 17.08.2025

Norm and Killer discuss a depressing week of football for our club. Where do we go from here? Surely we don't start Daka.... Can we improve the defence? A week where Monga became the youngest Championship scorer deserved more from our club- a shining light in a dark tunnel (length of tunnel to be decided). The legend this week is Steve Walsh- a true Leicester great. Enjoy the week before Charl...

Slow start. Faes finish. 11.08.2025

Phew. A winning start but not by much. The Fosse Arms is alive and well and reviewing a bare minimum win for Leicester City against crisis club Sheffield Wednesday. We discuss Marti's first selection, our plethora of wonder wingers, and we wonder just who will be left on the first of September. Oh, and we have a new sponsor!

Season Opener! A Tale of Two Thai Tycoons 03.08.2025

Clang clang! The Fosse Arms is open for business. We're raring to go and discussing Leicester City's farcical Managerial chase which might just have unearthed a gem, the almost complete lack of transfer activity which weirdly has us in a pretty strong position, and the opening fixture against Sheffield Wednesday; a club who may have a Thai ownership even more chaotic than ours. Come on Lei...

Time to reset 30.05.2025

Thank goodness that's over. Leicester City reverted to type to finish the season in no style against Bournemouth. We run the rule over an historically bad campaign, wonder about Managers, worry about FFP, and look ahead with a bit of misplaced optimism to a Championship where we could actually be quite good again. Have a great summer and thanks for all your support!

Talisman 19.05.2025

It was one last Vardy Party and didn't we do it well. We review all things GOAT, consider the unlikely unbeaten run we're now on, talk about the future with whizzkid Monga, and ask whether Sean St Ledger can really be considered a legend. Thanks you Vards. Irreplaceable.

Champions League Places? Notinthem Forest 11.05.2025

Something to smile about as Leicester City quite literally bring F****t players to their knees with a late fightback at the Sh***y ground. We ask just how old Oliver Skipp is, wonder how horrible an owner can be, and pray to high heaven that Vards didn't just do his hamstring. A pleasing day to be a Fox.

Saints: The gift that keep giving 04.05.2025

Even this abominable Leicester City side had too much for Saints. We usually do. We discuss number 199 for Jamie Vardy, then flip to compare our worst ever strikers with Patson Daka. We run the rule over the EFL and tentatively ask if there's now a chink of light in ruining the Champions League dreams of the shower up the road?

Jamie Richard Vardy 28.04.2025

It's like a kids' comic at the moment: Bang! We lose every week. Crash! We never score, and now Kerpow! The GOAT Vardy is leaving and not even retiring! How many blows can a Leicester City fan take? Fear not, the Fosse Arms is open to reflect on the legend, remember his best moments and wind ups, and even wonder if we might win against fellow losers Saints.

The Premier League? We were having a laugh 21.04.2025

As Liverpool deliver the death knell to Leicester City's grim Premier League Season, the Fosse Arms is on hand to provide half-baked analysis, blame, and solace. We ask whether any promoted side can stay up any more, read an open letter from Jamie Vardy, and worry about agents' fees and contracts. At least we might score next year though...

Oh! We do like to score beside the seaside! 14.04.2025

We scored a goal, we scored a goal, we scored a goal. We scored a goal, we scored a goal, we scored a goal. We scored a goal, we scored a goal, we scored a goal! Killer and Norm enjoy a table for two and follow Killer's new theme (Sorry Tim!). The squad is ravaged in a player 'Stay' or 'Clear off' discussion and a teaser from Killer really is out of this world. Liverpool up nex...

Psst Ruud... It's ok to walk away 08.04.2025

After a two week break we come back to err, no goals or points. It's kinda tough being a Leicester City fan at the moment but we're with you every step of the shame faced, hapless, monotonous way. We talk Ruud, Monga, and Martyn Glover (remember him). We preview Brighton and remind you to enjoy this early summer!

Ten and a half hours 17.03.2025

That's how long it's been since Leicester City scored a home goal, after the latest defeat against Manchester United. It felt like the defeat that confirmed relegation but the Fosse Arms crowd remain pretty chipper, remembering we've had it better than most in recent years. Unless there's any big Leicester City news we'll be back after the Newcastle game in three weeks time

A shred of hope 10.03.2025

Five at the back. OK it's not Walsh, Taggart and Elliott, but at least Leicester City looked a little less like a Swiss Cheese against Chelsea at the weekend. We discuss crazy combinations, great goalkeepers, and of course, dumping the Daka. Misfiring Man U next up at the King Power. Come on Leicester!

Foxes Never Quit... or do they? 03.03.2025

Are these players actually trying? The Fosse Arms is abuzz with debate after the latest Leicester City debacle against West Ham. We ask whether any Manager alive could get a tune out of this group, ponder potential signings that got away, and give you ideas for ways to spend eight minutes, in preparation for the next VAR decision.

Don't worry, Bee Crappy 24.02.2025

It feels like Leicester City are in a recurring dystopian nightmare at the moment. Thumped again by the busy bees, the Fosse Arms crowd shed the positivity cloak and annihilate this spineless group. What's happened to the academy,? Why these hapless wingers? Why make scapegoats of two coaches? Why? Why!!! Grrr...

Gunned Down 17.02.2025

Killer and Norm enjoy a well earned drink at the Fosse Arms whilst discussing our beloved club. Another positive performance- another defeat without scoring. Killer poses arguably the finest dilemma ever and time is ticking for the Great Escape part 2... Are we simply not good enough or will a little bit of luck turn the tide? We are still in with a chance despite our run of results- it's the...

Old Trafford Three-peat 10.02.2025

So it's the Premier League or bust as far as trophies go for Leicester City. We discuss the ridiculous winning goal for Manchester United at Old Trafford, nod sagely as chickens came home to roost on the striker front, wax lyrical about, erm, Islam Slimani's career, and wonder where to hide ahead of the Gunners coming to town this week
