The rebel army is really starting to form as Kelsier had envisioned it. Everything seems to be in place; all of the people are in the places they need to be and the army's numbers are ramping up. All seems well; the army is 3 steps forwards, until a certain event places them 10 steps back. The previous short encounter has spiced things up quite a bit and caused quite a stir. The event makes Kelsier and the rest of the crew more cautious, which causes them to slow down to gather more intel. Chapters 12-15 give us some explosive action as Vin follows Kelsier on a very dangerous adventure.
