A video has captured a cube van driving around the city that broadcasts a video with footage of Muslims praying with the message "Is this Syria? Is this Iraq?  No. This is Canada. Wake up Canada. You are under siege." Police are investigating it as a hate crime but is it? Jerry Agar is joined by Richard Moon, Professor of Law, University of Windsor who is an expert on the subject.

The man responsible for killing a 26-year-old and injuring several others was sentenced to eight years in jail and a 12 year driving ban. Should we consider lifetime driving bans for anyone who gets behind the wheel drunk and kills someone?
