I spent 25 years in the news industry, and when I think about it, I probably had it pretty easy because I didn't shoot my own stories. There are great weights that lie on the back of every reporter and journalist in the country these days that have to shoot their own stuff. Brittany Breeding knows that very well. She's a multimedia journalist, a host, and a lifestyle reporter at CW33.

I wrote a nonfiction book many, many years ago, but I think it takes a special imagination to write a fiction book, especially a children's book. That's why I invited my next guest in the studio: Matt Martin. He also goes by Tucker T. Twain.

If you think about TV shows that we all know and love, like I Love Lucy or The Brady Bunch, the kitchen was an afterthought.
