The Jason Banks Show

Jason buys an E-bike but has problems with it, TV time: more documentaries, Jason’s family auditions for Family Fued, Sergei from Jason’s family and Constantine from The Muppets, and how manly is Jason? 

Starting off the episode with a story about Jason’s wedding and John Legend they then segue into the TV show update. Jason talks about his Steve Harvey experience and celebrity followers including Dr. Phil. TV Time with The Righteous Gemstones, and shows we watched as kids. 

This week’s episode Jason and Dusty starts the with some sports talk (including pole vaulting). Movie time includes Training Day and Man on the Moon. Jason goes to a hippie concert for “medicinal” weed. Dusty talks about his time in the slammer. And what Disney movie makes Jason cry? All that and more.  

Dusty trying to quit smoking and his crypto talk,  Jason rides on a party bus, fun times at county fairs, The Princess Bride and movie soundtracks, TV show update, Diddy talk, and shark week. 

What fictional high school would you have liked to attend? Jason gives us his unexpected answer. He's also going to a Cincinnati Reds game. We learn about his past gambling experiences and baseball's horrible first pitches. Later in the show there is some movie talk, Jimmy Kimmel's on air beating of Jay Leno, and more of Dusty's impressions. 

Jason and Dusty start the show talking about a recent project gone bad. After Jason talks to us about his experiences in pitch meetings we move into celebrity encounters. A few more topics include Monica Lewinsky, Jonah Hill, and old school children’s movies Roger Rabbit, Bugsy Malone, and MJ’s Moonwalker. In the last half we learn about old job interviews and a huge all time best rapper disagreem...

Jason and Dusty discuss TV intro songs, The Underground Railroad, Jason's neighborhood, and work on impressions on air. The second half is writers' room talk and reminiscing about Jason's college days and a friend from Bosnia.

Jason and Dusty talk about music and the rabbit holes they go down that end up at a song. Jason gives us the low down on the annual Cheer Choice Awards and the shenanigans abound in Las Vegas. We find out young Dusty liked to start fires. TV Time includes Jessica Biel in Candy. Jason tells us a bit about his previous jobs: Chase Bank and especially Target. And much, much, more.

Jason talks about his high school musical experience and the steamy after party, test drives a Pontiac Sunfire, then takes us to the circus to see Gorilla! Gorilla!! Dusty tells us about his first real job, what a trip. And of course, TV Time. Americas Got Talent, Naked and Afraid, and Adolescence.
