Monthly Topic: REGRET Realizing past stuff (like REGRET) helps prepare us for future stuff. Another way to say that is that looking back helps us to move forward. We may even say a hundred other versions of that, and why it is so, in today’s episode. Further, Daniel H. Pink (what a great name!) writes about it in his book, The Power of Regret. Join us as we learn in order to grow!

Monthly Topic: REGRET. We have identified two groups of REGRET: (1) things we did, and (2) things we didn’t do. Can you guess which kind is WAAAAAY more likely to be a REGRET later in life? During our discussion today, we also identify the top two in close relationships. Remember, this is good news: identifying stuff is the first step in moving forward! Monthly Topic: REGRETS The definition of regret is the sorrow aroused by circumstances beyond one’s control -OR- beyond the power to repair. We discuss how to avoid dwelling on the past regrets, process the learning, and move in to repentance (which just means to turn away from something). Join us!

Sometimes our differences can loom large, but we might be surprised by the connection we can experience the more we learn about our neighbors. Is it true that we have more in common than at first blush?
