Who voted yesterday? It's fun to be a part of the process. What an amazing gift we have to go out and be a part of the presidency. Now this is a leadership role. 

Leadership and parenting are a lot the same. After reading the poem about "the chap", there are people - kids and adults - watching us. The question is...how can we be the most effective leader in our practice? What messages are we sending out?
