I love the equation (event + reaction = outcome) because it gives you power back in every situation. If you have a positive outlook, focus on gratitude, and try to learn from every situation then you can almost always come out on top. Sometimes I feel like things are constantly going wrong, I'm constantly being tested and I can't catch a break, but I also feel like everything happens for a reason....
