The book is full of recipes that take the hassle out of dinner, but there is one recipe in there you wouldn't expect to see from a Cavan man. Ian also asked Neven why his incredibly successful restaurant still is without a much deserved Michelin star.

Heavy traffic tried to stop them, but Emer McLysaght and Sarah Breen made it in to the Today FM studios to chat to Ian! They gave us an update on the Aisling universe which includes the fifth and final book in the series, and the film adaptation that is now a TV series. Emer and Sarah have just finished the 3rd episode, and they haven't ruled out bringing Aisling to the stage one day too.

It's all over the papers - Liz Truss is out after 44 days making her the shortest serving Prime Minister in British history. It was announced this week that Des Cahill will be leaving the Sunday Game after 15 years presenting the show. Gift Grub managed to get access to the auditions as RTÉ look for their new host, and some unexpected names were there - from our own Matt Cooper, to Miriam O'Callaghan, to Marty Whelan.
