Yes, BMS, part 2.  We residential HVAC people just don't know enough about them, but they are becoming more and more common.  Take advantage of some lernin'!

Like it or not, it's not just about turning wrenches, or running the office, or teaching the greenies, or collecting the money.  Every company in existence is marketing themselves in one fashion or another; you might as well learn how to do it right.!

No, that's not a slight to West Virginia, that's actually the name of the town.  And yet, that's not the strangest part of this story.

Meet Arlene Campbell; She's an engineer, a vice president of sales, and a ball of fire that gets things done.

Do we have to go through this again?  They're Jerks; and this is Jerky Bits!; get it?  Think of ..., let's see ..., oh, lipstick on a pig; that describes them pretty well.

Meet Erica from GoodLeap who spends much of her time coaching techs and customer service reps how to better relate to their customers.
