They're really , really sorry but it's pretty much the law that any new podcast started between March and September of 2020 dedicate at least 1 episode to discussion regarding COVID-19. At least be grateful it's the first episode, so you can just go ahead and skip it if you wish, but they did try and make it somewhat listen-able.
