Former Wentworth ACHA player Adam Fyrer joins the show to discuss what it was like coming out to his teammates when he was in college. Adam discusses how far the LGBTQ community has come the last couple of years and what the hockey community can do moving forward to be more inclusive. The boys catch up on a busy week in the ACHA and CHF off-seasons, highlighted by the red hot ACHA transfer portal.

Fresh off his appearance in Ice Wars, Jamestown defenseman Bo Cornell joins the show to talk about fighting in hockey's newest attraction. The boys catch up with Fitz, who makes his first appearance on the show since the conclusion of his first FPHL season in Binghamton.

Zac Smith and Joe Messina join the show to talk about their experiences in the ACHA as well as what lead them to starting their own brand together, Second String Leather. Zac has served as a goalie coach at Hope College, while Joe has spent most of his coaching career as goalie coach for Davenport.

Central Michigan legend Brennan Martin joins the show to talk about his lustrous career with the Chippewas. With over 140 games played over the span of six seasons, Brennan has tallied 150 points in his time at CMU. Brennan also had the privilege of representing the ACHA at the World University games back in 2018.
