Sedans may not be as prevalent as they used to be but there are still many models on the road. Mazda has long produced nice sedans and the Mazda3 carries on the tradition of a solid ride with a decent price. This is a big boy. If you are looking for a full-sized SUV that exudes luxury then add the LX600 near the top of your list. The F Sport package offers great handling and some sporty upgrades inside. I love trucks.  Sometimes the bigger they are, the better they are, especially if you want to own the road (and off-road) but also tow things.  The new RAM 2500 Heavy Duty Rebel can probably tow a small house.  RAM Power Wagon fans should love this bad boy as it indeed lives up to its name of Heavy Duty but also has the nice upgrades included with the Rebel trim. Here it is...the most expensive vehicle I have test driven this year so far.  $150,000 of incredible size, power, and engine noise.  A combination of a luxury SUV with the power and pickup of a muscle car.  Cadillac outdid itself in many ways with this beast and it was a blast to drive. Just when you thought Yukon couldn't get nicer and fancier after its famous Denali edition...here comes the Denali Ultimate.  I can't think of another adjective that could summarize everything inside and outside this beast of an SUV. Cadillac's high-end XT5 is chock full of premium and luxury features which is probably why they named the model the Premium Luxury version.  I tested the 3.6L V6 version of this CUV and was impressed with most everything. Listen to my full review here as heard on "The High-Tech Texan Show."

Cadillac is very proud of its newest version of the iconic Escalade as they named one of the variants as Premium Luxury.  It may sound redundant but this large, beast of an SUV is indeed those things.  The big, 6.2L, V-8 engine makes for a smooth ride especially with the magnetic ride control.   Listen to my review as heard on "The High-Tech Texan" show and podcast.

Who doesn't love the Jeep Grand Cherokee?  The popular SUV now has a plug-in hybrid option which gives it a 25 mile range on pure battery.  That allows the new vehicle to boast a 56 MPGe which isn't bad for a large, rugged vehicle. A midsize sedan with one helluva great value.  I really enjoyed tooling around for a week in the 2022 Kia K5 GT.  A sexy, sporty vehicle with a very nice interior and definitely some get-up-and-go with its 2.5L turbocharged engine. Cadillac is a strong brand and it's new crossover SUV is a decent vehicle that does it's job.  Interestingly enough it reminds me of the Chevy Traverse I test drove last week.  After all, the two brands are sister companies. I'm a KIA fan and nothing about the new Sportage X-Pro is disappointing.  This is a solid SUV with a nicely appointed interior, a smooth ride, and a decent price. Listen to my full review here as heard on "The High-Tech Texan Show" on iHeartRadio.

717-horsepower.  Any questions?  Of course the Dodge Challenger is going to be fast but the Hellcat version is crazy fast.  This muscle car sounds loud and great and handles the road like a champ. It's about damn time!  Chevrolet finally upgraded several internal features of its signature pickup truck and the new Silverado is a joy to drive.  I love the infotainment system and the ride is smooth.  Listen to my review here.

There are a few necessary things when you move into a new place and a truck is at the top of the list.  I spent a week in the Nissan Pro-4X and it allowed for an easy move including its hauling space, flat-fold rear seat and a big engine.  Listen to my thorough review as heard on my radio show and podcast.
