June 19th, 1972 was a magic night for Led Zeppelin. They played Seattle and just blew the doors off the place. We hear the Ocean almost a year before it was released, Black Country Woman 3 years early, and a rapturous Whole Lotta Love with a billion medleys. AWESOME

We hear a nice upgrade to Jan 26, 1969, the legendary Boston Tea Party gig that lasted 4 hours. We hear a wild band with a frenetic Jimmy Page, winning over the Boston Crowd. A Legendary show which sounds even better now.

We hear The Cult back in their gothier days on Nov. 15, 1985 in Glasgow, broadcast by Radio Clyde. We hear Love, Rain and She Sells Sanctuary. This is right before Rick Rubin made them more rock.

We hear Led Zeppelin playing the Midwest Rock Festival in Wisconsin on July 25, 1969. It's a wonderful open air recording with airplanes adding to the ambiance. We hear four songs from their hour long set. Fun fun fun!

We listen to Led Zeppelin playing Hannover DE June 24, 1980 and Jimmy Page's fingers are nimble! We hear Nobody's Fault, All My Love (excellent solo), Trampled Underfoot and a regal SIBLY. The audience recording is lively and dynamic. Jimmy's firing on all cylinders here.

Bonus - David Bowie Cleveland 1972 Master 27.04.2022

We hear an awesome master recording of David Bowie in Cleveland on Nov. 25, 1972 supporting Ziggy Stardust. Mick Ronson and band are in great form and the sound is amazing. A great one. I play Ziggy, Life on Mars & Suffragette City. Not to be missed.

We listen to an improved source for 9/11/71 which is when Led Zeppelin played Rochester, NY. This is a great show from a time when the band was a force of nature. We hear Whole Lotta Love (with killer SLIDE solo in the medleys) and Thank You with organ solo. You'll love this.

We finish up our visit with 3/21/75 and Dario Romero's wonderful remaster. I play Rain Song, In My Time, and No Quarter. Jonesy slays in all. One of the best 75 shows. Truly great.
