We have got SO many decisions to make in our daily lives, and the multiplier on the decision count is exponential if you are a business leader. One of the ways we can streamline our decisions, at least to a certain level, is to know who we are and what we stand for. This "identity" is often represented in our "brand". Learning to live "on-brand" is a powerful decision...

"Two roads diverge in the wood..." Tis an iconic phrase for a reason. Come on! Choose adventure. Choose growth. Choose the path less traveled!

If you want to see an example of realistic next steps, don't look too far down the road. Hang out with folks that are just a few years ahead, and you will likely begin to see a practical path between Here and There...

You really only get one. Make sure your entire team understands this basic concept of business and learns to steward it well.

We have a voice. We have expertise. We have a perspective. We have a worldview. Tis our responsibility to steward these resources well.

You and I have a choice, and that choice can have a huge impact on the micro economies around us - for the business owners, their employees, their vendors, and the communities they serve!

Leaders - we have GOT to understand this! There is a HUGE difference between a Tension and a Problem, and we need to approach them with a practical understanding of the difference.
