The jews desired a temple for the Lord. The Lord allowed King Solomon to build him a temple. The presence of the Lord mightily was felt in the temple. The Lord however dwells in temples made without hands. When we become born again our bodies become his temple. But how deep do we worship in this temple?

Ambition seeks self glorification and self actualization. Ambition is not rewarded Passion on the other hand glorifies Christ. Seeks not its own but works for the cause of Christ. We should be passionate about Christ to bring others to Christ and not to seek popularity. Passion brings revival as was when during the Welsh revival.

Understanding the Godhead is key to knowing what you worship. God is an object of worship. He is the great Eternal Spirit. His expressed thought become the LOGOS which which he created all things. 1 Timothy 6:16 he dwells in unapproachable light. His expressed image is in the Lord Jesus Christ who became a light unto the world.  May the Lord help you to walk in that light. Shalom!
