Swifts coach Briony Akle joins the show for a BRIEF but wonderful chat about the Swifts, Kayla Cullen's arrival and her Commonwealth Bank Trophy Days!

The Ferns are the WORLD CHAMPIONS! Noeline Taurua is a god, Rore is a queen, Kopua and Watson formed a wall and the Diamonds are left battered and bruised after an incredible battle. Meanwhile, South Africa and England played for Bronze! And, yes, Luke guessed it all. This is the only time we'll admit it.

SO MUCH NETBALLLLLLLL and NO TIME! So we hit the big four teams and their respective games from last night! How good was Australia's defense! How good was New Zealand's comeback! How good was England's attack end! How good was South Africa's fourth quarter!

A fresh pod is hittin' the feeds as the World Cup is deep in competition and there have been some SCORES. It's been fiery, fast, sadly not injury free, but the world of netball looks terrific! You'll be getting a new pod on Friday and Tuesday! PREPARE YOUR FEEDS!

SUE GAUDION JOINS THE SHOWWWW! Are your hype levels at max? They better be! The legendary commentator and coach joins teh show to guide us through some netball pathways in Australia, her take on the state of SSN and her picks for the World Cup!

How good are the Swifts? They proved their mettle against a strong Giants outing. So, naturally, we go a bit crazy for them. BUT we do also hit every single other game from the weekend, including the Lightning dismantling the Magpies and the newly built Firebirds attack end.

Controversy ROCKED the round with another draw between the Giants and Fever thanks to time becoming an ENEMY of netball! We saw another depressing injury, but also a bunch of new faces step onto the court so it's time toooooo TALK SSN!

SNUBBED! That's right, we have a quick chat about the Diamonds in the wake of the selection and snubs of some players, BUT we also are confuzzled about the Magpies and the Thunderbirds! What do they do? Do we have the answers? Find out by LISTENING NOW!

The pre-season has KINDASORTA started! So we've seen a tonne of tinkering and fun new lineup changes this past week, so guess what we do? We go through EVERY TEAM over the course of the Team Girls weekend and dissect what's to come!
