Attack thoughts always attack our self. Forgiveness always liberates us from judgments. Empathy is what the Holy Spirit bestows on us in times of difficulty. We do not see we are deciding for thoughts, deeds or actions that may result in pain. We are responsible for the pain. It is a result of misperception. We can change our mind.
