We have been hurting ourselves and not even knowing all our pain is self-inflicted. But it is. And we can stop inflicting "hurt" upon ourself today. The mind of thought, conflict, attack, grievances can come to an end. What is in its place? "The stillness of the peace of God." There is no "hurt" in that state of being. Are we willing to go there?
