Each episode will include a short passage from Mark's gospel, some brief reflections to set the scene and then an imaginative prayer exercise for you to pray the story. The final prayer in the Eastertide series. You are invited to the upper room where Jesus' friends wait for the gift. 

Jesus is about to return to his Father. Pray with the disciples as they experience this moment.

Pray with the disciples as they listen to Jesus give his final talk to them in Galilee.

Pray with Peter and Jesus on the shores of Lake Galilee.

Enter into the story of Thomas as he waits and hopes to see Jesus for himself.

Enter the upper room with the disciples as Jesus appears, showing his hands and feet and offering peace.

He is risen! Join Mary as she waits in the garden that first Easter morning.

Join the disciples as they wait on Holy Saturday, confused, grieving, unsure of what to do. 

There are seven sayings of Jesus from the cross. As you remain at the foot of the cross, pray with Mary and John as you listen to Jesus. 

The cross is a scandal to all our sensibilities of what God is supposed to be like. Remain at the cross and pray as Jesus interacts with the two men crucified with him.

We now travel the last part of Jesus’ Passion journey up the hill to Golgotha . . .

Jesus soon stands before Pilate, likely bruised and disheveled from the blows he has received. “Are you the King of the Jews?” Enter into this scene in prayer.

This Holy Week we walk with Jesus on the last days before the cross. Today, pray with the story of Peter in the courtyard.

You are in the room when the Sanhedrin interrogate Jesus. As you pray with the story, what will you notice?

Join Peter, James, and John as they accompany Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane. 

Jesus enters Gethsemane in great distress and anguish. Accompany him and his friends in prayer. An imaginative prayer exercise.

Return to the Upper Room one more time to enter into the scene with Judas and Peter; watching, listening, noticing Jesus. 

Sit with the disciples at the Last Supper, watching Jesus as he passes the bread and the wine, listening to him say, "This is my body, this is my blood."

The final prayer exercise from the Advent Series. Praying with Jesus' Birth. Luke 2: 1-7.

The theme of this final week of Advent is Joy! Listen and pray with this guided prayer exercise as the angel brings the announcement of joy to the shepherds on that first Christmas night. Luke 2:6-15.
