Alana and i chat after our visit out west to meet with Tony Toast n Beanz. A lifetime of hours condensed into three. just never enough time. Alan quotes 6 instances to drive a tiny mind over the edge, no surprises Tony used anything to close the door on the demons.

I knew Tony was a spiritual guy, that we all get from his tiktoks. but to see his spirit animals the squirrel on the way into his house while delivering him a box of shortbread with a purple Stag on it just made the whole experience somewhat more special. Tony is indeed a special young man who I've no doubt will help many who cross his path in life. great chat.

Well Folks its 2022 thanks for all the messages asking us to make a return. we always were making a return its just the organic nature of what we are doing that slowed the process. i.e. James and his issues with the tissues, Technology, Alan with the big hot potato the Macaroni virus. But indeed we're back and in top form from all the bullshit we've had flung at us over the past weeks months. Game...
