Its our last episode of season 1 and we are going out chatting about one of our favourite subjects...80's movies! also, Karl hates Adam Sandler, Johnny has tasted Tom Cruise's coconut cake and Paul gives up on lists! Plus we have a music quiz!!!

This week the guys chat about their favourite movie characters... At least that was the plan...until a debate starts about what defines a movie character..Karl pronounces the same name 4 different ways... Johnny confesses he hates Adam Sandler and Paul accidentally makes accusations about an Irish Radio personality...

This week the guys pick 3 movies each that they feel didn't get the recognition they deserved.. We find out Karl doesn't like movies that don't have George Clooney in them... Johnny does a bit of name dropping and makes an attempt to take Paul's 'researcher' role... and how Paul doesn't like swear words...  

This week th guys talk about comedians (not all stand ups! as we find out) who became actors.. Paul has a list (As always) Karl explains an EGOT and Johnny tells us who he doesn't like star trek

this week is episode 2 of our Ben Affleck vs Matt Damon debate, where we pit the 2 legendary actors against each other.. ...we hear which 'My name is Earl' character Karl looks like... ..Paul's favourite 80's tunes and Johnny shows off his super hero knowledge...

This week the guys discuss the movies of 2 of Hollywoods finest, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. Paul drops a bombshell about being related to someone famous! Johnny tries to review donuts and Karl tells us about the time he stayed in The Merrion for a week!

This week the lads discuss their favourite movies made on our beautiful Island and there's way more than you would imagine! Karl tells us about famous actors he knows, Johnny gets annoyed at Paul's puns and Paul tells us the story about Mel Gibson being very impressed with the FCA.

This week the guys talk all things Batman.  Plus Johnny recommends some podcast (Not along with this one, but INSTEAD of this one!) Karl tries to steal Paul's trivia crown and Paul tells us who won a box of USA assorted biscuits.

This week the guys chat about the best picture Oscar winners from  the last 25 years. Plus Karl invents a new character, Johnny gives tips on smuggling sweets into the cinema and Paul tells us about meeting Martin Sheen.

In this episode the guys chat about one of their favourite actors and an absolute legend, Tom Hanks. Karl also tells us which movies made him cry.. Paul tells us what famous actor his nephew looks like and Johnny tells us about his trip to New York.

Episode 15 is dedicated to the late, great Gene Hackman. We discuss his best movies, our favourites and his life. Also, Karl tells us about his school days, Johnny gives us the inside scoop on Superman 2 and Paul tells us about the most bankable actors in hollywood

This week we chat about our favourite Movies that started as TV shows and TV shows that started as Movies. I bet there's more than you thought! Plus, Johnnie's back!! And he tells us all about his NY trip. Karl worries about the future of James Bond and Paul defends his movie trivia

Pat McDonnell is filling in for Johnny again this week and talking about his favourite TV show.. He also tells us about the pay in RTE, middle age, The Savage eye and who are the most famous Fr. Ted fans. we also find out why Karl always gets asked to play priests and Paul gets asked to play Gardai... and loads more!

This week we are without a Johnny! But luckily our good friend Pat was on hand  to join Paul and Karl and talk about his favourite Comedy, This is Spinal Tap. We find out that Karl has an extensive IMDB page and Paul gets a call from his doctor. But most importantly, we have a great chat with one of the legends of the Irish Comedy scene, Pat McDonnell!

This week we talk about movies we love, that didn't do well at the box office. Johnny gives away loads of spoilers. Beware! Paul gets better at saying IMDB and Karl tells us about all the movies he was cut out of

This week we chat about the legend that is Kevin Costner. Johnny and Karl talk boobs on TV. And Paul struggles with dad jokes about movies.

Episode 9: Our second part of our review of 2024 is TV shows. We talk about our favourite shows of 2024 and Johnny tells us about being friends with the writer of slow horses.  (Plus Karl outdoes Paul with Dad jokes)

We're back after the Christmas break and we decided to start of 2025 with a quick review of last years movies. We also find out Paul's crush, Johnnie's pet hate and the reason Karl might be the next James Bond!

For episode 7 we have chosen one of the all time greatest actors and directors, Clint Eastwood. We talk about Clint's career, all the iconic characters he played and whether the 70s had the best movies. We also have time to hear about the time Karl got paid less than a horse on a TV show and have a horse pun off!

At Karl's request, we discuss 2 of the greatest movies ever made....that just so happen to be gangster movies. It's the age old question, which is better? Goodfellas or The Godfather? do we need an answer? is De Niro the best actor ever?  All these questions may or may not be answered in this weeks episode

In episode 5 we compare 2 movies both written by the same guy and Directed by his friend... do the similarities end there? The Shawshank Redemption vs The Green Mile Paul goes into trivia overdrive, Johnny gets in touch with his feelings and Karl talks about his acting career

We're very sorry! we uploaded 'Stallone vs Schwarzenegger' twice.  And missed the 'Die Hard vs Lethal Weapon' episode. Here it is and we hope you enjoy it  (i would promise this won't happen again, but lets be honest, i probably will make loads more mistakes with these! thanks for your patience)

In episode 3 we're going full 80/90s nostalgia by pitching two classic movies against each other.  Die Hard vs Lethal Weapon! The best cops? The Best action? The best bad guys??? Plus the ramblings of 3 middle aged comedians. Whats not to like?!?!

It's Episode 2 and we've decided to ask the age old question "Who was the best Bond?" From Craig to Connery to stories about mishaps in the cinema, this episode has it all! (except answers! we never get around to them)
