Dunnu was supposed to be a guest way back on the SixPacPodcast (which will live on through YouTube forever) but with scheduling and stuff on my end it never happened. So finally we got a chance to sit down and chop it up. Dunnu is an artist check out his Music videos on YouTube he is working a strategy, he is the President of NRVE and CEO of Holisic Health. This was a great conversation.

Today I got to sit down and catch up with the homie Tres Steelo. We talk workouts, Leche'z, SteeloSmithers, the motivation, and our South Park Reel battles. This one was really just catching up with a friend I haven't got to see in a few months. Leche'z is available on all platforms and be on the lookout in July for the new project SteeloSmithers.

Honestly I needed a lot of this talk. Shaq Mack breaks down how he hit a low spot and really changed his mindset with yoga, his diet, and everything in between. Ky Woods is a friend in real life so this was the first time I actually reverted back to my notes on topics. I tried to dig in some about his creative mind and how his process works. Always trying to get better in this podcast space so trying new ideas and suggestions, trying to evolve as a creator. Trying to not draw out every episode to the hour mark.
