Christian identity is not defined in terms of who you are in and of yourself. Your true identity comes as a result of what God does in you and through you. It's all about the relationship he creates with you and the destiny he appoints for you. God made you who you are so you could make known who he is. Your identity is for the purpose of making know his identity.

Jesus said that only the childlike would see and enter the Kingdom of God. What did Jesus mean by that? What does it mean to be childlike in a world that dissuades people from simple and innocent love and trust? Join The Father’s House this Sunday and learn the childlike essentials needed in your relationship with God.

Through prayer we comprehend that God is close and constantly available. But why is prayer so challenging sometimes? Coming to God can feel as daunting and difficult as climbing a mountain. This Sunday’s message will take a closer look at Jesus, the master mountaineer, and provide you with two necessities for ascending the mountain of prayer.

In pursuit of divine relationship, we often attempt to fulfil God’s law perfectly, but like all others, we soon discover that God cannot be reached by self-effort. Psalm 24 references Jacob, a biblical figure who found himself wrestling with God in prayer and trust. Like him, we’re called to hang on tight and to trust God to complete his work in us.

Your ultimate protection is not in this world, but in what God has done and will continue to do for you. Today’s message will remind you of the forgiveness and favour you have received. It will encourage you to focus on Jesus, to declare his promises, and to enjoy intimate fellowship with your heavenly Father.

We forget that there is a pathway from despair to hope! God does not avoid trouble or promise that you will avoid it. Jesus includes hope in our reality. We are made to multiply that hope.

The world is replete with problems and according to most people, the problems belong to everyone else. Psalm 32 presents God’s solution to the greatest problem in our world today, SIN. Tune into today’s message and learn to receive grace and freedom while embracing intimate relationship with God.

Psalm 93 commences a crescendo of praise that extends until Psalm 100, which represents the highest point and grand finale of passionate thanksgiving to God. The Jewish people would often sing these Psalms one after another, celebrating the Lord’s faithfulness throughout generations. This same God remains faithful in the lives of believers today. He is worthy of all glory and praise!

The provision of God is His presence. All that He is, He is for you. You lack nothing when you walk in abiding relationship with Him. More than His presence, the Lord has given you purpose and power! Today’s message will begin study of Psalm 23, a passage beautifully describing the provision, peace, rest, and guidance the Good Shepherd gives to those who follow him.

Pentecost was the day the church was born some two thousand years ago when the Spirit filled a small group meeting in an upper room. Pentecost is not a one-time event, but a reminder to receive the Spirit daily. Pentecost empowers Christians to fulfil God’s mission, to experience abundant life, and to overflow with love.

Jesus had a mission to accomplish during the forty days between his resurrection and ascension. He was determined to prepare and empower his followers to spread his message. Like the early church, God is calling and commissioning his people to be an unstoppable force.

Life is a test that proves our character. Tests are allowed by God to develop our faith, but if we’re not watchful, the enemy will use those moments to sneak in and destroy faith. Strength is proven and faith is forged by those who resist the devil. We do this by declaring what God says to be true, about ourselves, others, and himself.

Forgiveness is not a divine suggestion but a divine imperative. Bring your sins to the Lord daily and bring those who have sinned against you to Him as well. Join us as we revel in the immensity of what we’ve been forgiven and as we outline the process of forgiving others.

When we invite Jesus to be Lord of our life, he invites us into a mission with him. In this weeks' sermon, we take time to look at the next petition in the Lord's prayer, "Your will be done" and learnt that as we let go of control of our lives, we begin a new adventure with the God of the universe.

Easter is the highlight of the Christian calendar, celebrating the death and resurrection of Jesus. Today’s message will follow Jesus through his final week and will explain how the tradition of Passover points to the ultimate and yet most unexpected victory accomplished by God.

The central revelation of Jesus was the Father heart of God. The central proclamation and demonstration of Jesus was the Kingdom of God on earth. The role and responsibility of believers is to pray and to partner with God in declaring “thy Kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as is it is in heaven.”

Jesus’ followers didn’t ask him to make their problems miraculously disappear. They understood one primary need. They implored Jesus saying, “Lord, to teach us to pray.” Said differently, “Lord, teach us to connect to the Father, to rest in him, and to be empowered to live more fully and completely.
