There have already been lots of off-season developments this year in the NFL, and we'll go through all of the fantasy relevant moves that we've seen so far from free agent acquisitions and trades. For each team that has made some big moves, how will those moves impact fantasy players in skill positions there? Can we speculate on any huge jumps in ADP up or down for the 2019 season?
