It's Christmas time at Hogwarts, which means we have a magical explosion of interesting new things going on!

Tales From the Hood (1995) was one of my favorite horror movies growing up, so I thought I'd revisit the movie as an adult and throw out what I take away from the movie 25 years later.  

Disney really made a winning film with The Nightmare Before Christmas, but, I don't think Jack Skellington is an actual skeleton.  My TNBC theory is that he used to be alive!  

The Legend of Korra left a lot to be desired on the details of what happened to our favorite characters.  One of the biggest issues is Avatar Aang not acting as the same person we saw in ATLA.  Let's talk about Aang's kids, his pressures, and what exactly happened.

The Fangirl Watches is here to present you with a general idea of why so many ghosts and paranormal entities in scary movies take forever to get dangerous in film.  This is just a theory, of course, but it does seem to fit most horror movies!

Disney and Pixar have a long time habit of using character death's to propel the plot forward.  But...  are all those deaths really necessary?  Let's talk about it!

There are two types of people in this world - those who find The Babadook horrifying, and those who see Mr. Babadook for what he really is.  I tend to fall in the 2nd group.

I am aware that the Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children book and movie are very different, so let's not try to keep them confined to the same universe.  Today, I'm going over my theory for the movie.

InuYasha's sequel series, YashaHime, came out late last week, and I want to speculate on why Kagome is missing from the poster, and doesn't appear to be in the present-day Feudal Era with her daughter, Moraha.  Keep in mind, this is just a theory, but here's why I think Kagome is gone.

It's the first day of classes at Hogwarts, and I'm so excited to finally get to this part of the Wizarding World!

This magnificent movie needs to be talked about more, so I'm diving into the film and pondering some of the bigger plot holes, and how the book might tie up those loose ends.  If you're a fan of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame THoND then this is for you!

If you're a fan of Finding Dory, it's interesting to note the voices heard in the movie, and how they relate to another Pixar movie, WALL-E.
