There was doubt, confusion, overthinking, and more. I couldn't see the progress I was making, I was too involved in my projects to actually see my accomplishments and celebrate my small wins. Since my last podcast episode "Yeary Reflections", I have learned quite a bit since making that episode. There is one mistake I made when I was a rookie in this field...you can't close deals without a system...you can't create a system on your own. You need people and systems way before the transactions. Provide value, help someone out, be honest, and be you.
