The UC system voted to eliminate the SAT requirement for applications. As a Mexican American, I'm embarrassed. 

The president of the UC system has officially said that the campuses will stay open for the coming fall term. Open to what and for whom, however, now appears to be the major question. 

Historically we have pushed to improve our manipulation of the physical world, but now the power lies in 1s and 0s. 

It's easy to be envious of successful people, but you would likely think twice if you freaked out over a game of Monopoly.

There are only two types of people: those that hate instruction manuals and those that don't. Thinking this way may have skewed my children's life views for the worse.
