When you are on a growth path you need to keep growing, take on habits, mindsets and attitude that will allow us to push through any roadblock along the way.

Energy is everything, if you lack of energies or your energy is out of balance, your will struggle in life and/or you don't get where you want to go to.

When you fall behind (in about anything) it costs you more any energy than to keep up from the beginning. Child abuse victims are held back in life from a very young age. No wonder that life feels often hard for them.

If you look at the world you cannot deny that there 'evil' forces and 'good' forces in the world. Whether you would belief there is a devil and a God is of course personal.... But jus for this podcast ... what kind of genius model is the devil using to make sure that the majority of us cannot be fully authentic?

Tony Robbins said, your destiny is shaped in the moments of your decisions. So true I would say, in fact your life is the sum of all the decisions taken in your life. You can reshape your life by making the right decisions.

I use the same habits that athletes and successful people use to advance even more to help abuse victims to progress in life too.

We all have false beliefs, and if you think you don't, you just proved to yourself that you do. False beliefs limit us in our personal development. Most child-abuse victims are hindered by four specific limiting beliefs.

What to do when someone comes forward to you about their abuse?

Everything that will rise needs to go down first ...

It needs more than awareness alone to put a stop to child abuse. We all need to take our responsibilities.

Child Abuse victims are not different than any other person. Their personal challenges might be, but what they expect from life is not and what the life is expecting from them is not different either. We do things despite of what we have been through, we grow strong because of what we have been through.

When I was finishing my book I felt something was missing, then one night I had a download of information which is now the base of my coaching and the framework to help people to Thrive and not just Survive

Having a passion is essential to truly live from your core and more importantly it is one of they key ways to go from Surviving to Thriving.

When I have those moments when I feel alone and think I have to do it all by myself, I read the 'acknowledgment' in my own, it is where I thank the people who helped and support writing my book. It touches me every time. I know I wrote it myself but apparently I need a reminder at times. Who would you have on your acknowledgement pages in your 'personal book or story'

Let me take you on an adventure on this podcast. Of course my main goal is to empower people Thrive and not just Survive after Child-Abuse. But I also take you with me on an adventure how I'm creating my Mess in to my Message... that's right. I'll update you how I try to serve on the highest level possible... trust me I'm not even close yet!
