Today we had the privilege to interview Professional Dunker Connor Barth (@connorbarthig). Connor has been recovering from Cancer, and just recently finished with chemo. He is slowly getting back into training/dunking and will hopefully be back to his peak vertical soon!

Today we interviewed dunker Zach Velis (@zachvdunx), who was jumping over 40 inches and doing insane dunks (360 Reverse Eastbay, Dubble Up Eastbay, Elbow Dunks, and more). Zach suffered a knee injury in 2022, and just received surgery. The recovery process will be long, but one day we hope to see Zach dunking again!

Today we interviewed a relatively new dunker, Josh Ruble (@josh.dunks) who 2 years ago was doing basic dunks, and now has hit eastbays, a J-rich, and a BTB.

Today we interview 6'1" dunker Hunter Castona, who in the last year has unlocked 50+ new dunks while also increasing his vertical by over 10 inches. Hunter will be a regular co-host on the show.

Today Dylan Haugen explains what he did to go from barely dunking at 13 years old, to hitting his first eastbay (between the legs) dunk as a 5'10" 15 year old.
