In this episode, I’m going to share some early insights I gained about the nature of self, love, and the ways that sex can make one change everything about a situation. I’m also gonna outline more about my journey to acknowledging attractions (women/men) and where my confidence shift happened in high school from an unexpected source.

I'm not the first, nor the last, to make the statement that how you learn about love in the earliest stages of you life will play a role in your love-life. Experiences like these are keys to recognition when it comes to your love-life (to put it simply). The nature of the vessel you’re in is directly affected by your perception of WHY. I could lay out 17384 questions for you, but I would rather tell you what IS and let you ask the questions you want to answer.

The way to one’s redemption is always going to come through some form of sin or error. You make mistakes to test how uncomfortable you’re willing to get. When you fall down, fck up, or make mistakes, what’s your next move?

There's something to be said about the way we hold other people to the fire when they're not meeting our standards for them, or for ourselves. I'd like to unpack some self-evident truth that helped me come up off my grandiosity over the years.
