There are countless books on leadership. In today's 30 second message, I share with you what it takes to be an effective leader. You don't need to buy a book. 

We must be diligent about taking care of our bodies. External forces such as our environment, the water we drink and the food we eat can contribute to people getting cancer. Take care of yourself before it's too late. Eat healthy food, drink lots of clean water, exercise regularly and get sufficient sleep. People are counting on you.

Some studies have demonstrated that 85% of people have a low self-acceptance of themselves. If you are one of them, this message is for you.

When we look at people, let's try to look beneath the surface and peer into the heart of who that person truly is. No matter what someone may appear to be on the surface, there is so much more to them than we see...
