The mind does not know the difference between fantasy and reality. Therefore, if you believe something has happened in real life, your mind will find a way to manifest it into reality. 

Today is the first day of 2022. Reflect on the past year and look at how far you have grown. Don't beat yourself up, and don't beat yourself down. Look to the future with hope and anticipation.  Happy New Year! 

There is a creative side in all of us. Let it out. 

Excuses and blame do not solve anything. Take responsibility for your failures along with your successes. Draw the line! 

The question "why" is a legitimate question, but only if you cannot figure out the answer for yourself.

Everywhere we turn, messages are targeted at us. The question is, what do you believe?

Every year, people make New Year's Resolutions, and most of them are never achieved. Today, I will give you a new way to approach your resolutions.

Pause for a second. Take a moment to take inventory of all the good in your life. 

Whether you celebrate Christmas or not, it is a special time of year. 

Our Creator gave each of us a purpose, and He imbued us with the unique gifts we need to accomplish our purpose. The common thread we share is...all of us are searching for the meaning of life. Our lives matter...

I love the thrill of competition, whether a football game or the Olympics. Competition is a reflection of how hard we have worked. And it's a great reminder to always do our best. 

Let's make it a conscious effort to bring light into the lives of others. We live in a broken world, and there is a lot of darkness in it. We must strive to be positive influences. We won't help everyone, but we will help some...

We see the good times and memories on social media. What we don't always see is the pain, struggles and suffering of others. Look beyond what you see. Look inside...

No one who has a sound mind is a victim. Blaming others is easy. Doing the work is hard. Do the work.

I encourage you to go for the life of your dreams. Aim higher than you have been. Settling for mediocrity is not an option. 

All of us have dreams put in our hearts by our Creator. This isn't an accident. God wants us to trust Him to pursue our calling, not settle for what the world wants us to do.

I hear people say they are "living their lives without regrets," but that's not possible to do in a broker world. The important point is, do not let past regrets weigh you down...

Our spending habits are about more than just money...

Holding a grudge against someone who has offended you is like carrying around a backpack full of bricks. It weighs you down to the point you cannot live fully. Forgiveness takes time, for certain, but I encourage you to find it in your heart to forgive those who have offended you.

When you are doing what's right, there will be some lonely periods. They don't last, but you do because you are strong.
