Let's keep going on these UIL Rule Proposals! I'll talk about how to fix the Area Judging System and how some of these proposals can reward the on-field achievements of our marching members even more!

The UIL Marching Band Rules Action Committee has received new rule proposals!  Let's analyze a few and why some may or may not enhance the marching band experience in Texas.
