The Spirit writes on your heart. He tells them they are badly mistaken because they don’t know scripture or the power of God. The LORD is the living God who gives eternal life.

Tenant Church Usurpers (Mark 12:1-12). God planted his vineyard Israel. Who owns the vineyard? To whom does the harvest belong? Who do the servants work for? When God’s people assume ownership of the vineyard they usurp God. They reject and kill the Son who is sent to claim ownership. Still the rejected stone is the cornerstone.

Where Jesus says his path will lead to rejection and crucifixion, the disciples have their mind on promotion. Jesus leads as one who serves and is first because he obeys the will of God. How will you live your faith?
