Hi there! This week, Jeff went to see a film that has a good shot of being a big player at the Oscars -- "Lady Bird". It has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and Jeff says Believe the Hype! Also, Marvel has unleashed its first trailer for "Avengers: Infinity War", and it melted my brain. Although, one could argue... what brain? - Brett

Hi there! Last week I'd only watched four episodes of The Handmaid's Tale by the time we did our show. I finished the first season soon after, and Jeff plowed through it in impressive time. We'll offer our verdict on the season. Hey, better late than never! You should watch it too. Also, I went to see Justice League. I agree with Jeff! Good not great.

Also, with Geostorm in theatres this weekend, getting bad reviews, we discuss the disaster movie, and why there seem to be less of them as years go by. Can we no longer be amazed? Or are these movies just... awful?

Hi there. Brett here. This week I went to see Dunkirk, the new film from Christopher Nolan. Two teenage girls sat beside me. I will explain why teenage girls were excited to watch a WWII movie. Jeff went to see War for the Planet of the Apes. Transparent is available at last on TV in Canada, and Game of Thrones debuts to huge ratings, but mixed reviews.
