This Sunday, we complete our look at the sixth chapter of Romans, where Paul continues addressing the nature of sin and how to be free from its destructive power.

This Sunday, we will begin looking at chapter 6, where Paul encourages the believers in Rome to stay free from the enslavement of sin.

We invite you to join us as we continue exploring the fifth chapter of Paul’s letter to the churches in Rome.

This Sunday, we begin looking at chapter 5, where Paul outlines the benefits of being justified through faith. This chapter is so full of vital truths that one scholar remarked, “In the whole Bible there is hardly another chapter which can equal this triumphant text.”

This week we will survey chapter 4 of Romans, where Paul shows how Abraham and David demonstrated righteousness apart from works.

This week we will continue our study of Paul’s letter to the Christians in Rome. The theology that Paul lays out at the beginning of this letter is extremely important because what we believe needs to be solid truth. If these principles are misunderstood, you can develop a flimsy faith that will cause you to walk in condemnation. Join us as we dig into the truths of the third chapter.

In this Sunday’s sermon, we will finish looking at the first chapter of Romans, where Paul explains why man must be justified by faith. Even though Paul’s letter to the Christians in Rome was written long ago, these words and the principles therein can still teach and speak to us today.

We return to our sermon series on Romans by going to the beginning of Paul’s epistle of peace. In the first half of the first chapter, Paul introduces himself to the Christians in Rome, introduces the gospel of Jesus Christ, and writes his theme of the letter. Through this chapter we gain a greater understanding of who we are in Christ, which can lead us to walk victorious in our daily living.
