After a brief 1 week hiatus, we are back in business and Jeff has returned from a 1 week trip back country camping on the West Coast Trail. Jeff relays his adventure and how it was a spiritually rejuvenating for him.  As usual, we discuss what we learned this week as well as media we are consuming.
