The ballot for November’s elections in Arizona is set to be a seriously long document — and it’s still growing. On top of the presidential, congressional and state Legislature races, Republican state lawmakers added 11 more measures to the ballot for voters to decide directly. Eight of the measures passed on a party-line vote, while two had support from just four Democrats....
