We were joined by our new BFFL's the Speak Rinse Repeat podcast to play a game of Charlotte hypotheticals and learn about Tammy Faye and Jim Bakker. Yup, that was a weird sentence to write.

We sat down with Erin and Rachel of the Isabella Santos Foundation to learn more about the organization,  how it has grown and what the future holds for it. We also learned the history of Elizabeth College and recorded the worst supportive words of all time. 

We sat down with Alvin C. Jacobs Jr. to discuss Charlotte, his work and the "Welcome to Brookhill" exhibit. We also wrapped up our history of the Crocketts and Supportive Guy says Charlotte was an All-Star.

We sat down with Nata and Walker of the Locked on Hornets podcast to find out if they think Charlotte is ready for the 2019 All Star Game (spoiler: they have concerns), discuss the upcoming All-Star events and spend way too much time talking about the celebrity game. John also breaks out a special history segment and Supportive Guy convinces Nata to be positive.

We were joined by Levine Museum of the New South’s new historian, Dr. Willie Griffin, to learn more about his background, discuss civil rights history in Charlotte and convince him the Meck Dec was real. This week we sat down with historian Tom Hanchett and engineer Keith Garbrick of LaBella Associates to talk about the firm’s recent historic donation and what it could mean for Charlotte. We sat down with (FOUR TIME GUEST) Adam Rhew to discuss the role Charlotte Center City Partners plays in the development of Uptown and its neighborhoods. John then shared a bunch of half-baked ideas with Adam and embarrassed Miller. We also learned about the founding of Charlotte and Supportive Guy shared some words about CLT’s birthday.

We sat down with Matt Hohler of Farmer's First Coffee Company to learn about their innovative approach to help small-scale coffee farmers. We also learned that Miller knows nothing about coffee, the history of Latta Plantation and were supported by Supportive Guy.

We were joined by the team of Lumiton, a Charlotte start-up that is changing the clothing game with their specialized fabrics. Trust us, it’s amazing. We also were supported by Ole SG and learned the history of the brick house uptown near the Spectrum Center.

North Carolina State Senator Jeff Jackson returns for the third time to discuss the upcoming election, what he’s been working on and which podcast host he likes the most. We also learned about spooky Charlotte stories and Supportive Guy brought the heat.

Miller sat down with RunningWorks founder Meredith Dolhare and world-renowned fashion designer Luis Machicao to learn about the upcoming RunningWorks “Metamorphosis” event. We also caught up on what Meredith has been up to and learned more about Luis’ incredible career. Last but not least, Supportive Guy sent in some special words about Hurricane Florence.

We sat down with Zack to discuss how the Carolina Farm Trust is working with local farmers, helping bring affordable food to Charlotte and its upcoming event the Carolina Jubilee. John shared the history of Concord with us and introduced one of the most incredible stories you have never heard of and Supportive Guy wrote a little something for dessert lovers.

This week were joined by Beth and Tim of Rebuilding Together to learn more about the program and how it approaches the affordable housing crises in Charlotte. John also continued his new history segment with the history of Kannapolis.

We were joined by the vice chair of the Riot Foundation to learn about the start of the Roaring Riot, what it offers Panthers fans and talk trash about other fan bases. John also redeemed himself by starting a new history segment and Supportive Guy brought the thunder via written word.
