Today was a really interesting chat - Robin joined the army at 15, after a tough childhood. He joined the Para-Troopers before his 18th birthday, and passed SAS selection at 22. Northern Ireland, The Iranian Embassy siege, and the Falklands, amongst other tours. Top bloke is Joe, who's grafted both on and off the field to get to where he is now. He's just hung the boots up after 16 years as a pro, and co-founded Myomaster too, which aims to rival Theragun. He was the first player to win the Premiership, Championship, both European cups, the LV Cup, and the B&I Cup, and now he's taking that experience in to coaching with Harlequins and London Scottish too....
