At Salvation, God saved us with the death of His Son in exchange for our sinful life. We carry the life of Christ by believing in Christ. We have to live a life that glorifies him. We are called to live a life set apart, a life that honours Him. Knowing this, there is a way we are to respond.

The Bible is holy and sacred and should be treated as such. If there is a right way to read it, there is also a wrong way. It is God’s inspired Word, delivered through chosen men. God employed human tools to communicate divine truths. The Bible is fully inspired, meaning its words are not mere human thoughts but messages God intended to communicate to us.

Deep inside everyone is the ability to have faith. In any genuine spiritual encounter, God will meet you halfway. You have to first desire more of Him to see His power effective in your life. As we prepare for camp meeting, desire the gifts of the Spirit enough to receive and express them.

Orthodoxy is adherence to the original and correct doctrine of the Christian faith and the church. Our ability to stay consistent and true to what we have received. When we look at our approach to church, spiritual gatherings, and service to God, it ought to be similar to what we've received in the scriptures.

Just as we rely on a weather app to discern the forecast, we, as believers, should be able to discern the spiritual times and seasons of God. It is essential to understand what God is doing in each season and align ourselves accordingly. When it comes to spiritual retreats, discernment is key. These moments of retreat are important to function well as a believer.

To function well as a believer you must have several times of refreshing and retreat in a year. Believers must take time at the end of cycles (end of the year, end of a semester, end of working at a place, etc.), to reconfigure themselves because seasons can change and you must be discerning. The growth of every believer can be traced to discipleship, but also special and spiritual gatherings.

God is always ready to communicate with us, but our ability to listen and yield to His guidance matters. Divine leading is a privilege granted through justification, and God can speak to anyone, including sinners. In times when we think God is silent, what do we do?

When it comes to divine leading, God is always speaking. Like a radio, you must tune into the right frequency and channel to listen correctly. Other voices that can lead you are; 1. Voices of friends and family. 2. The voice of the flesh. 3. The voice of false prophets. 4. The voice is fear. 5. The voice of circumstances.
