During His final days on earth, Jesus faced disappointment and betrayal from some of His closest followers: Judas betrayed Him to His enemies, and His other disciples fled when He was arrested. The Bible often speaks of judgment, but did you know that God wants to save everyone? God says “I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live”! (Ezekiel 33:11). Join us as we continue studying the book of the Revelation and see how God’s judgments are, and will always be, a call to turn from our ways and live His way.

How can we be accepted with God? The Bible tells us that God is holy and pure, and that “all have sinned and come short of [His] glory” (Romans 3:23). While we continue studying Revelation chapter 9, we’re reminded that God’s judgment falls on those who reject His mercy, but that “whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13)
