So, why would they? What would they come her for? Would they be disappointed in what they found? Would they immediately fly off from the madhouse, never to return?

This was supposed to be a chat about imposter syndrome. We quickly realised that we don’t really understand what it is. So, we ended up talking about loads of other stuff.

Some might say that David Breakspear was a bit of a naughty boy. He spent many years in and out of the prison system. Interspersed with homelessness, addiction and more. His behaviour was driven by early childhood experiences. He now works to influence prison reform and drive early intervention in the education system.

Shaena and I have both lived a life with a close relationship with alcohol. Until recently anyway. We had a chat about our experiences, the things that influenced our drinking and what it was like to be free from the booze.

Simon and I had a chat about the use of the word clinical in job titles. It’s squirted around like “guru” and “expert” these days. But are the people using it genuine clinical practitioners or is a marketing ruse? To give the impression of credibility. We also had a chat about mental health. Is medicine missing the point when it comes to treatment?

Adam and I are currently working on a business idea. It centres around helping people think for themselves. We had a chat about the concept and recorded it. It’s now a podcast episode.

People who know how to define, implement and improve processes. They don’t need to know everything about what you do in order to improve.

Social Media has created a source of validation for many. We love the likes we get. But have you ever considered why you need such validation? Chances are it’s because of your conditioning from childhood. You just want to know that your a good girl (or boy). Gabriella, Den and myself had a conversation and explored the subject.
