Kenia and I, talk about how individuals with greater optimism are more likely to live longer and achieve exceptional longevity, that is, living to age 85 or older. We also discuss the cons of being left handed and briefly touch up on mental health.

My grandparents hopped on the show to give us insight on what it was like growing up in Mexico and eventually moving to the US.
