Loving yourself is essential, but how?  I discuss ten ways I love myself, and of course, there are other ways to do so, but maybe you can adopt some of these to begin your self-love journey or to add to what you have. 

Love is in the air!  This is the love month; some of you are preparing for the big.  Identity is the base of your love. Your beliefs about yourself drive your love for yourself; how you love yourself is the way you love others.  We say I love you. But where is the love coming from?

Along with working alongside law enforcement, community leaders, and church leaders, Ms. Kay mentors young people into wholeness, purpose, and their God-given destiny. After self reflection, I realize the reason why I have difficulty addressing and resolving issues with others is due to not addressing my problems with God.  Yeah, let's talk about.

Every day is a good day!  I am no fool.  I understand there are times when you feel like nothing is going right in your life, and you are angry with God.  I am begging you to tell him how you feel.

Every season, a word is given to me. That word correlates with everyday events, lessons learned, areas of improvement, or a life focus I am being moved toward. So, what is your word for this season? Where is God leading you?

You have three more days in 2023.  What can you do to propel yourself into 2024?  You have the choice to make any decision you want and live the life you want.  Will you choose life or death?

Being able to answer the question, Who am I, feels A-MA-ZING!  I feel light, joyful, hopeful, and peaceful! I. Am. A. King's. Kid! 

All our wants and needs stem from the need for Unconditional Love. However, I've learned that no human, and not even I, can source unconditional love.    But God can...and He does....

We're continuing our discussion of Religion v Relationship, and this time, we're leaning more toward Relationship. After learning who God is, and feeling and understanding His love for me, my mind changed about Him, and so did my beliefs about myself.   I'm a King's Kid!

Identity is what you believe about yourself.     Under all the labels, titles, and responsibilities, your beliefs about you create your identity. But only when I finally realized this one thing did my identity shift.  

Every Day Is A Good Day!  That’s the motto.  That’s my reality and truth.  This perception is a muscle that I’ve built over time and continue to strengthen each day, and you can, too.
